Sundays were made for taking it easy and spoiling yourself. This Sunday fitted the bill perfectly. It started with a beautiful sunrise walk with the pups, followed by a relaxing stroll around St Georges Market in Belfast, a couple of hours with the horses and is currently being finished off with my premier viewing of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.
